For your convenience and your privacy, we offer office appointments as well as mobile services.
INSURANCE COVERAGE
Shoreline Physical Therapy and Wellness now accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield, Mass General Brigham Health Plan(Commercial) and Medicare for our services. Worker's Compensation is not currently being accepted. For those patients that have exhausted their insurance benefits, or don't have physical therapy coverage, Shoreline PT offers a self-pay option. We can also offer this option for out of network patients, as well as patients with high deductibles. We can provide a Superbill for you to submit for reimbursement. However, reimbursement is not guaranteed. Each insurance company differs, please contact your personal company prior to your visit to see if reimbursement is an option for you.
