TPI’s philosophy is simple: there is no single “perfect” golf swing. Every golfer has a unique swing style—and the most effective swing is one that works with your body, not against it. Our TPI Golf Screen is designed to evaluate how your body influences your swing. This comprehensive assessment looks at:

  • Your health history and current physical condition

  • Flexibility and mobility

  • Core stability and strength

 

The screen includes 16 golf-specific movement tests that analyze key positions and patterns used during your swing. These insights allow us to identify physical limitations that may be affecting your game.

Based on your assessment, we develop a customized fitness and mobility program tailored specifically to your body and your golf goals. Whether you’re looking to play pain-free, improve consistency, or gain distance, our targeted approach helps you move more efficiently and perform at your best.
